Early on, Charlene worked in numerous high-tech companies after graduating from Emory University with a Math/Computer Science degree. Mid-career Charlene pivoted to the home care industry because she wanted to make a difference in the lives of others.
After working as an Agency Owner/Operator, she joined WellSky, formerly known as ClearCare, where she became an expert in developing analytics relevant to the home care industry.
Charlene now spends her days using her combined knowledge of home care, experience as an engineer and her passion for educating others to help home care agencies strengthen their operations and become more successful.
She brings with her today real-life experience as an agency owner and a wealth of knowledge about how to use technology to improve daily operations.
